I. Registrations are officially CLOSED for the 2026 Season! We are still accepting registrations for any girl or boy in 1st or 2nd grade. All other age groups are closed for registrations at this time. Now is the time to order a uniform for your son or daughter! Don't hesitate, don't wait - number selections are on a first-come, first-served basis. Visit www.proathletics.com/gloucester-township-uniform to order your uniform today! Your coaches will begin individual team communications starting in February if they have not yet done so. Please be advised that the girls uniforms have not yet been added to the Uniform Store you will be notified as soon as they are made available!
II. Upcoming Events can be found in your Crossbar mobile app or on our website @ www.gtlax.org/events. Admins, Coaches, and Team Helpers will do our very best to notify the teams of new and upcoming events - however, please be sure to check your mobile app regularly!

Feb 14 - March 9: The "Game Ready and Next Level Training" program provided by Athletes United Lacrosse! Keep your eyes peeled for this training program - included with your price of registration. Program may be pushed back a couple of weeks due to cold weather and field conditions.
III. We are using CROSSBAR this season NOT teamsnap. Please ensure that you downloaded and are using Crossbar on your mobile device for 2026 program updates. We will NOT be using teamsnap this season. Once registered, all communications will be done via Crossbar (as of 2026). Please download the Crossbar Mobile App (Apple) (GooglePlay) to stay in the loop!
IV. We now have 90+ registered players who will make up a total of 6 teams for GT Lacrosse this season (3 boys teams and 3 girls teams)! A more in-depth breakdown of the teams is covered in Section VIII.

V. We are organizing indoor Team Practices for both Boys and Girls Teams @ the Gloucester Township Recreation Center. These sessions will take place on SATURDAY NIGHTS between 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM beginning FEB 7th and ending FEB 28th. These session will be communicated in advance via your Crossbar mobile app and has been posted on the events calendar.
VI. We will be organizing indoor Practices & Evaluations @ an indoor location. This is a high cost to our program, but we find this time incredibly valuable. We are still hoping to secure Individual and Corporate sponsors to help off-set these costs. These 1-hour sessions will take place on XXX-nights between TIME-START - TIME-END beginning FEB-START and ending FEB-END (we are still securing dates for February). These sessions will be communicated in advance via your Crossbar Pages and mobile app. We encourage your child to attend, as games begin in March. Older age groups start right away and the younger children start later. Please download the Crossbar Mobile App to stay in the loop!
VII. We continue to seek volunteers; assistant coaches are such a help. If you do not have lacrosse experience, but have coached soccer, basketball, and other sports, we can use a helping hand with running drills and keeping kids organized. All coaches will need US Lacrosse memberships, and we will reimburse you when completed. You will also get coaching swag! COACHING INTEREST SIGN UP
VIII. We know many kids play multiple sports, and some may be making decisions if new to the sport or a Scooper. Below are the age groups we are hoping to gain more new players or returners!
Scoopers has boys and girls together in a clinic format. We currently have 5 boys and 0 girls. Coaches Colin, Sean, and Aiden cannot wait to bring back the fun! Last year was the first year we a scoopers program to boys and in 2026 we were unable to add girls to the mix. However we have partnered with a program called Little Stix Lacrosse, a program for boys and girls aged 3 - 8 years old! (08U) 1/2 Boys: We currently only have two boys registered and we do not expect to field a team that plays games this season. We are offering any 8U player the opportunity to practice with us this season and allow the family the option to be partially credited some of their registration. We will continue to build this roster in anticipation for the 2027 Spring Season.
(10U) 3/4 Boys: 13 boys have registered to play for GT Lacrosse this season! We are still expecting two more boys to join this group of dedicated boys! Coaches Jarrett and Jason are hoping to build upon last season's success. We have seen an awesome influx of football players to this age group which only adds to the teams competitive fire. Coach Jarrett Reed is the current head coach of Timber Creek Boys Lacrosse.
(12U) 5/6 Boys: Our largest group! 23 young men have signed up to represent GT Lacrosse at the 12U age group this season. We anticipate forming 1 team this spring as we were unable to get enough boys for a full set of 2 teams. Coaches Colin, Sean, Jack, and Aiden are looking forward to an exciting season and for at least 2 more assistant coaches. Coaches Colin Savacool and Sean Savacool have play lacrosse for 15+ years, including at the NCAA level.
(14U) 7/8 Boys: Our oldest group has 3 players registered. We unfortunately do not expect to field a team at this age group. However, we do plan to merge this team with a neighboring township program, "Tarkill Lacrosse". Our president will be reaching out with more details in February.
(08U) 1/2 Girls: Last season our girls combined with a neighboring township and had a BLAST! In 2026 we have 10 girls signed up for this team. Coaches Olivia, Malikah, and Monica are excited to share their passion and knowledge for the game with our future stars. Coaches Olivia Stollsteimer and Malikah Croom both played NCAA level lacrosse.
(10U) 3/4 Girls: These girls had a great season last year, they combined with West Deptford and were coached by Coach Nicole. We have 16 girls registered to play this spring! Coaches Nicole, Darnell, and Chris are looking forward to an exciting 2026 season!
(12U) 5/6 Girls: Last season our 12U girls combined with Sterling (Tarkill). With only two players currently registered, we are again looking to combine this team with Tarkill for our 2026 spring season. We were unable to field a team at this age group for the past two seasons and the club will need to target this age group in the off-season.
(14U) 7/8 Girls: Our biggest and most competitive group, 18 young women are prepared to finish what they started before playing in high school. Coaches Darnell, Erin, and Janae, along with trainers Olivia and Malikah are excited to pick up where they left off!
