By using our services, purchasing products, or registering for our program, you agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions set forth herein, along with any amendments or additional terms that may be posted from time to time.

Gloucester Township Lacrosse, Inc. provides a range of services, including but not limited to spring lacrosse registration, online resources, lacrosse training services, corporate sponsorship opportunities, and donations. All services and products are subject to availability and may be modified, discontinued, or updated at any time without notice.

Programs are open to youth participants in grades K-8 who reside in or near Gloucester Township, New Jersey. Registration must be completed by a parent or legal guardian for participants under 18. Specific program eligibility requirements (age, grade, skill level) may vary and will be listed on individual program registration pages.

In order to access certain features, you may need to create a user account on our website. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activities that occur under their account.

Registration: Participants must register through our website at www.gtlax.org/register. Registration requires accurate and complete information, including participant details, emergency contacts, and medical information.

Payment: Program fees are due at the time of registration unless otherwise stated. We accept payment methods as displayed on the registration page.

Refunds: Refund policies are specific to each program and are outlined on our Refund Policies page.

By providing your mobile number and opting in to SMS communications, you agree to the following:

Consent: You consent to receive transactional and promotional SMS messages from Gloucester Township Lacrosse, Inc. related to program registration, schedules, reminders, event promotions, and announcements.

Opt-In Methods: You may opt in through our website chat widget, registration forms, contact forms, or by texting START to (856) 282-1652.

Opt-Out: You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Upon opting out, you will receive a confirmation message. You may also reply HELP for support, which will provide our business name, phone number, and email address.

Message Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan.

No Third-Party Sharing: Your mobile information will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Separate Consent: Consent for SMS messaging is separate from any other consent and is not a condition of program registration. You may decline SMS messaging and still register for and participate in our programs.

All participants, parents, guardians, coaches, volunteers, and spectators are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and sportsmanlike manner. Gloucester Township Lacrosse, Inc. reserves the right to remove or suspend any individual who violates our code of conduct, including but not limited to:

- Verbal or physical abuse of players, coaches, officials, or other spectators

- Use of profanity or inappropriate language

- Bullying or harassment of any kind

- Disruption of practices, games, or events

Participation in lacrosse and related activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury. By registering for any GT Lacrosse program, participants and their parents/guardians acknowledge and assume these risks. Gloucester Township Lacrosse, Inc., its officers, directors, coaches, volunteers, and agents are not liable for injuries, damages, or losses arising from participation in our programs, except where prohibited by law.

By registering a participant, the parent or legal guardian authorizes GT Lacrosse coaches, staff, or volunteers to seek emergency medical treatment for the participant if deemed necessary. Every effort will be made to contact the emergency contacts listed during registration.

GT Lacrosse may photograph or record participants during programs and events for promotional, marketing, and social media purposes. By registering, you grant GT Lacrosse permission to use such images and recordings unless you opt out in writing at info@gtlax.org.

GT Lacrosse reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or modify programs, events, and schedules due to weather, facility availability, registration numbers, or other circumstances. We will communicate changes via SMS, email, and/or website updates.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your participation in GT Lacrosse programs shall be resolved in the courts of New Jersey.

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Effective Date." Continued use of our website or programs after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
